Our Model-M6 Mag-Tek switch is a pressure balanced, piston actuated switch that requires no dynamic seals. The switch only has one moving part so it doesn’t require any adjustments in the field, giving you peace of mind as it is operating. The proximity switch is also set inline in a fixed position, resulting in less maintenance and avoiding expensive downtime and unscheduled recalibrations. The Mag-Tek Model M-6T sphere detector switch is designed specifically for dry product service with non-lubricating properties and dirty services containing abrasive materials like rust and other foreign particles. It has a unique pressure-balanced piston design that has a washing action to keep these foreign particles away from the switch area and ensure that it stays in proper working condition. This model also has one moving part so you won’t have to adjust this part in the field either. The Model M-6T will ensure that the sphere stays in place and that you are able to get accurate reads.
