Mag-Tek 24 VDC 4-Way Valve Actuator
This accessory allows for easy control of the valves on any machine. It features a 24-volt meter to ensure optimum power, it is easy to operate and install, and it has a self-locking actuator. Additionally, this actuator requires low maintenance and the durable components guarantee that it will withstand any pressures of the jobsite.
We have a selection of sphere pumps available that will equip several types of meter provers. The pumps will fill and inflate spheres and ensure that they are functioning as they should before being placed in a machine. This pump features a heavy duty electrical pump, a standard plug and cable, a sphere inflation kit with hoses, and a heavy duty Pelican case. The pump will come with all that you need to fill and place the spheres.
While placing the spheres in your machine is an integral part of the process, you will also want to be sure that you have sphere removal products on hand, as well. These accessories are essential for safely removing and handling the spheres from the meter provers. This removal product comes in two different sizes for spheres that are smaller and range from 12” to 18”, as well as a product that can remove spheres 20” and larger. It also has replaceable suction cups that can be used multiple times.
Knowing the size of the sphere is important in ensuring that your sphere will fit in your machine and keep it functioning as it should. The rings and tape measurers will produce an accurate read of the sphere, and each ring is custom made to suit your exact needs. These sizing products are essential in keeping your jobsite running smoothly.
Of course, the most important aspect of the meter prover is the sphere itself. The seamless sphere is made from polyurethane for accurate operations and they come in two weights. There is a standard option for normal operations and there is also a heavy sphere for more turbulent machines. They also come in three levels of hardness to accommodate any type of application.
